Roasted Chicken Leg Dinner for 4

The whole leg chicken was beautifully juicy and the roast had that perfect crispy skin. We ordered it for a quick family dinner and the portion for four was spot on—the two sides made it feel like a real meal without any prep work. Everyone at the table went back for seconds.

The two side dishes were a perfect complement—creamy mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies—and the whole roasted leg easily fed our family of four with leftovers.

The portion size was generous enough to feed my family of four with leftovers for lunch the next day. The roasted chicken leg was juicy and the two sides rounded out the meal nicely—saved me from having to cook anything after a long day.
