صينية بورشتا

The tray arrived intact and the porchetta inside stayed juicy and seasoned through every slice. We used it as the centerpiece for Sunday dinner and there wasn't a single piece left by the end. Perfect for feeding a crowd without any extra prep work.

The crackling on this porchetta was incredibly crispy, just like at a good Italian deli. It made the whole kitchen smell amazing as I sliced it up for the party.

The moment I set this down on the buffet table, everyone gravitated toward it—the porchetta is genuinely packed with flavor and made for an effortless centerpiece. Cleanup was a breeze since the tray held up perfectly even after a couple hours of serving.
