Basa Dinner for 4

The Basa was flaky and fresh, not at all fishy, and the whole meal came together with zero effort on my part. We had a quiet Friday dinner with the four of us, and everyone went back for seconds.

The portion sizes were generous and easily fed my family of four without anyone leaving hungry. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the clean-up was almost non-existent which made the evening so much more relaxing.

The basa was surprisingly flaky and mild, not at all fishy, and the portion size felt just right for a family dinner. We paired it with some steamed rice and a quick salad for an easy weeknight meal.
