Chicken Cutlet Dinner for 4

We split the four cutlets between two adults and two kids and everyone finished their plates, which basically never happens. The breading was golden and the chicken inside stayed juicy, it felt like a proper diner meal without any of the prep work.

We ordered this for a family dinner and the portions were generous enough that everyone left full. The chicken cutlets had a nice even coating that wasn't too greasy, and it saved us from having to cook on a busy weeknight.

The breading on the chicken cutlets stayed perfectly crispy even after reheating, which made for a super easy dinner tonight. Portions were generous enough that my family of four had leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
