The feta is nicely crumbled and the oregano comes through just right without overpowering the veggies. I ordered it for a small office lunch and everyone asked where the salad was from. Fresh, light, and exactly what I wanted.

The olive oil dressing is perfectly balanced, not too heavy, and the cucumbers stayed crisp even after being delivered. I added grilled chicken on top for a full meal and it was delicious.

The olive oil dressing tied everything together perfectly, and the vegetables were still nice and crisp when we served it. It made for a refreshing and simple side dish that tasted like a summer vacation.
