Bocconcini & Tomato Salad

I was craving something light and fresh for lunch, and the mix of cherry tomatoes with the creamy bocconcini hit the spot perfectly. The basil in the dressing really makes the summer flavors pop without being too heavy. Definitely ordering this again for my next barbecue.

The bocconcini are incredibly fresh and creamy, pairing beautifully with the tangy dressing. This salad made our lunch feel like a summer patio meal, even on a busy weekday.

The tomatoes are perfectly ripe and the bocconcini are so creamy—it genuinely tastes like a summer day in Italy. I ordered it for a small lunch gathering and it disappeared in minutes, everyone kept going back for more.
