سلطة شمندر بالسمسم المحمص

I ordered this for a work lunch and the toasted sesame dressing really elevates the sweet beets—everyone asked where it came from. The portion was generous enough for a hearty side or a light main.

The beets are perfectly tender with just enough sweetness, and that toasted sesame gives it a savory crunch I wasn't expecting. Served this alongside grilled chicken and it stole the show. Already planning to order another batch for next week’s dinner.
