The artichokes were perfectly marinated, and the mix of mushrooms and beets made this platter feel restaurant-quality. It was a hit at our dinner party and saved me so much prep time.

The eggplant and sun-dried tomatoes were perfectly marinated, and the whole platter made a fantastic starter for our dinner party. I’ve ordered catering platters before that felt skimpy, but this one was generous and well-balanced.

The sun-dried tomatoes and beets really popped with flavor, and the eggplant was tender without being soggy. Perfect size for our dinner party—everyone kept going back for more.
