I was a little worried the ladyfingers would be soggy, but they still had just enough bite against that espresso kick. The cocoa dusting on top gives it a nice bitter finish that balances the sweetness. Definitely hit the spot with my afternoon coffee.

The mascarpone cream was incredibly smooth and not too sweet, perfectly balanced with the espresso-soaked ladyfingers. It had just the right airy texture that made each bite feel light but still satisfying.
