Brioche Loaf

I was a little skeptical about a grocery loaf being this soft, but it tore apart in my hands like a cloud. The egg and milk richness is exactly what I wanted for French toast, and it soaked up the batter perfectly without falling apart.

The citrus notes really come through in the aftertaste, which makes this feel more special than your average supermarket loaf. It's got that perfect balance of rich buttery softness and a delicate sweetness that doesn't overpower the orange and lemon.

The crumb on this brioche is so tender it practically dissolves, and that orange-lemon citrus note is just subtle enough to be refreshing without overpowering the buttery richness. I've already eaten half the loaf straight out of the bag.
