Tre Mari Orecchiette

The little ear shapes hold onto sauce way better than any flat pasta I’ve tried, and the texture stays perfectly chewy even after a quick boil. It’s genuinely got that rustic, countryside taste you’d expect from something made in Italy.

I’ve been using this orecchiette for weeknight dinners, and the slightly rough texture really grabs the sauce better than standard pasta. It cooks up firm and chewy in about 10 minutes, exactly like the package says.

The little ear shapes are so sturdy and rustic, they soak up the sauce exactly the way authentic pasta should. It's a small taste of the Italian countryside without needing a plane ticket, honestly.
