The texture is spot-on—firm to the bite and it holds sauce exactly how pasta should. Boiled it for 9 minutes and it came out al dente, just like the package suggests. Glad I picked up a few boxes.

This spaghetti has that perfect rough, bronze-die texture that really grabs onto sauce. I made a simple aglio e olio and it tasted like something from a little trattoria, not my kitchen. The box is also decently sized for the price.
