Sicilian Ice Cream - Pistachio (1.65L)

That first spoonful transported me straight to a café in Sicily, the roasted pistachio flavour is so authentic and intense. We’ve been having it with our evening espresso and it’s the perfect, creamy finish.

The texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, more like authentic gelato than regular ice cream. I love that the roasted pistachio flavor comes through so naturally, especially when I serve it alongside espresso for a true Italian finish.

The roasted pistachio flavor comes through nicely without being overly sweet, and it pairs beautifully with a shot of espresso. It's a solid choice for a dessert night, though I wish the container were a bit larger for the price.
