Sicilian Ice Cream - Vanilla (1.65L)

I've been using this vanilla for my espresso affogato and the velvety texture holds up perfectly against hot coffee without getting watery. The rich vanilla flavor is authentic, not artificial like some other brands I've tried.

That first scoop melted on my tongue like silk, and the vanilla is unmistakably rich without being sugary. I poured a shot of espresso over it for an affogato and it was absolute heaven.

The tub is huge at 1.65L, but honestly it barely lasted us a week because the texture is just that velvety. Poured a shot of espresso right over a scoop and it melted into the creamiest affogato I've had at home.
