Mortadella - 低脂

I have a hard time finding lean deli meats that still taste good, but this mortadella delivers on both counts. The light texture and robust spice blend make it perfect for a quick lunch sandwich without feeling heavy.

Tried this on a charcuterie board last night and the lean texture was perfect—not greasy at all, but still packed that robust, peppery spice kick. It sliced paper-thin without crumbling, exactly what I wanted for a light lunch.

Cutting into this mortadella, I was surprised by how light it feels despite the rich pork and beef flavor—great for sandwiches. The low fat content means no greasy aftertaste, which I really appreciate.
