Mortadella - 辣味

I was craving something with a little more bite for my lunch sandwich, and this spicy mortadella delivered perfectly. It sliced beautifully and added just the right kick without overpowering the other ingredients.

The heat level is just right for a mortadella—it wakes up a plain pasta dish without drowning the flavor. The texture stays firm and sliceable, which I appreciate for stacking on sandwiches. Definitely buying again.

I sliced it thin for a lunch sandwich and the spice crept up nicely without overpowering the mortadella’s creamy texture. Even my pasta salad got a little kick from the leftover cubes.
