Leoncino's 義式熟火腿 PR 24 個月熟成

I sliced it thin for a charcuterie board last weekend and the 24-month aging really comes through in that deep, savory finish. It's plenty rich on its own, so a little goes a long way on a sandwich or with some melon.

You can practically see the 24 months of aging in every slice—the texture is silky and the flavor keeps deepening the longer you chew. I threw it on a simple sandwich with fresh mozzarella and it honestly stole the show. Already planning to use it for my next charcuterie board.

We used this prosciutto for an antipasto platter and it was the star of the show. The slices are delicate but hold together well, and the rich, savory flavor is just right for snacking or wrapping around melon.
