Large Bocconcini

I was skeptical about buying cheese online, but these bocconcini are incredibly creamy and fresh. They melt beautifully on pizza and hold their shape perfectly in salads.

The texture is spot-on—soft, pillowy, and that rich, creamy mozzarella flavor really comes through in a caprese salad. I sliced one up for pizza toppings too, and it melted beautifully without turning rubbery. Definitely ordering these again.
