The texture is perfectly creamy and it melts beautifully on a grilled cheese without getting greasy. I’ve been adding it to my lunch wraps for an extra layer of flavor.

The slices are pretty uniform and melt nicely on a grilled sandwich, which is what I bought them for. It's a bit milder than I expected for a cheddar, but the creamy texture makes up for that.

The marbling gives every slice that perfect balance of sharp and mild, and it melts into a silky layer on burgers without turning greasy. Only wish the package had a resealable zipper, since I never finish it in one sitting.
