The chili heat builds nicely instead of slapping you all at once, and it clings to pasta just right without pooling at the bottom of the bowl. I've already used it twice this week, once as a base for baked chicken and it held its own.

The chili heat builds slowly and actually lingers, which is exactly what I wanted for a Sunday pasta night. The deep tomato flavour comes through clearly underneath the spice, so it doesn’t just taste like hot sauce.

I was a bit skeptical about how spicy it would be, but one spoonful of this sauce on my penne proved me wrong—it’s got serious heat that builds nicely without being overwhelming. The deep tomato base balances the chili perfectly, making for a quick and flavorful dinner.
