Tiramisu (glutenfrei)

The coffee flavor really comes through without that dense, heavy feeling I usually get from regular tiramisu—this one's surprisingly airy and creamy. The 220g size was perfect for two servings. I almost didn't believe it was gluten-free until I checked the label twice.

The gluten-free sponge layers stayed perfectly moist even after a day in the fridge, which is rare for wheat-free desserts. The mascarpone cream is light and not overly sweet, just how tiramisu should be. The small 220g size is ideal for two servings with coffee.

I wasn’t expecting the texture to be this spot-on—light, airy cream over soft layers, and you’d never guess it’s gluten-free. The 220g size felt just right for two servings, and the coffee flavor came through without being overpowering.
