I’ve been dialing this in on my machine for a week now, and the balance is exactly what I want—rich aroma without any bitter bite on the finish. It’s become my go-to for an afternoon flat white, and the bag lasts longer than I expected.

The crema on this pull is gorgeous, and the finish stays clean without any bitter edge. It’s become my go-to for a mid-afternoon espresso that doesn’t leave me wishing I’d waited until evening.

First cup this morning was noticeably smoother than my usual morning brew — no bitterness at all. The finish really is refined, making it easy to drink black without wincing.
