The plastic feels sturdy enough for heavy catering trays, and the wide bowl scoops up pasta and salad without spilling. I’ve used it at two family gatherings now and it’s held up perfectly, which is more than I can say for past spoons.

Finally, a serving spoon that actually stays rigid when scooping thick casseroles — the durable plastic held up without bending. Used it for a holiday buffet and it handled everything from mashed potatoes to green bean casserole with ease.
