The texture is exactly what I look for in fresh mozzarella—soft and creamy, not rubbery. That clean, milky flavor really comes through, perfect for a simple caprese with just tomatoes and basil.

Made a caprese salad with this and the milky flavor was just perfect, really fresh and soft. It also melts beautifully on pizza without turning into a rubbery mess.

Opened the tub and the mozzarella was still sitting in its milky brine, which kept it perfectly soft and fresh-tasting right up to the last slice. I used it for a quick margherita pizza and it melted into those nice, stretchy strands without getting rubbery. Not the most complex flavour in the world
