The deep ruby color caught my eye first, and the dry, full-bodied taste is exactly what I hoped for. Really enjoyed how the ripe fruit notes balanced with the firm structure, made it perfect with pasta.

This paired perfectly with a rich ragu, the full body stood up to the sauce without overwhelming it. The dry finish left my palate clean and ready for the next bite. Definitely my go-to for a hearty pasta night.

Opened this on a cold night with a plate of pasta and it hit the spot — properly dry, no sweetness at all, just dark fruit and a bit of leather. The body is genuinely heavy for the price, coats the glass and lingers a while.
