鯷魚片

I added a few fillets to my pasta sauce last night and that rich, bold umami really came through without overpowering everything else. The texture was pleasantly firm, not mushy, which I wasn't expecting. Definitely a pantry staple for me now.

These fillets have a deep, savory saltiness that really wakes up a simple pasta dish. I was surprised at how tender they are right out of the jar. They've become my go-to for adding that umami kick I was missing.

I tossed a few of these anchovy fillets into my pasta puttanesca and the umami depth was incredible. They're salt-cured and packed in oil, so they're ready to use right out of the jar. Definitely my new go-to for a quick flavor boost.
