Mixed Veggies - Green & Yellow Beans, Carrots

The yellow beans held their crunch nicely even after a quick steam, and the carrot chunks were cut uniform enough that everything cooked evenly in one pan. Great mix for throwing into a stir-fry when you want more than just plain green beans.

The carrots in this mix were surprisingly sweet and tender, not woody at all, which made roasting them a breeze. I tossed the whole bag into a stir-fry and the variety of colors made the dish look much more appealing.

These green and yellow beans are so crisp and fresh-tasting, not mushy at all. The carrots add just the right pop of sweetness to the mix. Perfect for jazzing up a simple dinner side.
