迷你三明治拼盤

The mix of meats across the platter was a hit, and the spaccatelli bread stayed soft without getting soggy even after sitting out for a couple hours at our meeting. Everyone grabbed seconds, which says a lot for a cold sandwich spread.

The mini sandwiches held up beautifully over a two-hour meeting—the bread stayed soft and the ham-to-mortadella variety gave everyone something to pick at. I ordered for twelve and there were just enough leftovers for a quick snack later.

The platter disappeared in under twenty minutes at our team meeting, and everyone kept asking where the mini sandwiches came from. The mix of Black Forest ham and sweet Genoa salami really hit the spot, and the small spaccatelli bread was just the right bite size.
