Our Strawberry Diplomatico Cake combines flaky puff pastry, light sponge cake, vanilla custard cream folded with fresh strawberries, and rich chocolate custard cream. Finished with fresh strawberries and a decadent chocolate drip, it's an elegant Italian-inspired dessert that's perfect for celebrations and special occasions.
This cake is 3" high and features one layer of vanilla custard cream with fresh strawberries and one layer of chocolate custard cream.
