Finally got the whole set in one box instead of hunting for individual pieces. The rolling pin is the right weight for even sheets, and the cutter wheels glide through dough without sticking.

I was a bit worried the roller would be flimsy, but the wooden handle feels solid and comfortable even after rolling out a dozen sheets of dough. The set really does cover everything from basic sheets to shaped pasta, which saved me from buying separate tools.

The sauce-grabbing ridges on the roller actually hold onto the dough better than I expected, and the set covers every step from flattening to shaping. I made a decent batch of fettuccine on my first try without any fancy equipment.
