Feta, Mushrooms & Parsley Pizza

The feta crumbles are generous and the mushrooms are actually sautéed, not just thrown on—that tomato sauce underneath ties the whole thing together. Baked to that perfect golden edge, it held up well even after I reheated a slice the next morning.

I was a bit skeptical about the parsley, but it really cuts through the richness of the feta and mozzarella nicely. That golden, bubbly crust held up well even after reheating a slice the next day.

The mushrooms and feta are evenly scattered on every slice, so you get that salty, savory bite each time, and the parsley adds a fresh pop against the melted mozzarella. It came out of the oven golden on top and stayed satisfying through the whole box.
