모짜렐라 볼

I sliced it onto a hot pizza right as it came out of the oven, and the stretch was exactly what I was hoping for. Rich and creamy, it made the whole dinner feel a bit more special.

This mozzarella ball has the perfect creamy texture—it melts beautifully without getting rubbery. I sliced some up for a quick caprese salad and it was the highlight of the plate. Even after a couple days in the fridge, the taste stayed rich and fresh.

The texture is wonderfully creamy, though I wish the package had a bit more of the brine to keep it fresh longer. Still, it sliced perfectly onto my caprese salad and tasted great.
