Peppers, Olives & Feta Pizza

The feta actually held its own against the salty olives and sweet roasted peppers, which is rare. That crust got properly crisp on the bottom while staying chewy inside, and the tomato sauce wasn't drowning the whole thing. Ordered this for a small get-together and it vanished in ten minutes.

The peppers still had a little crunch, which I loved against the creamy feta and the crisp, golden crust. I heated up the leftover slice the next day and it was just as good.
