The bitterness hits first, then that sweetness sneaks in and lingers nicely on the tongue. I’m new to amaros and this was the perfect entry point—the mountain herbs come through without being harsh at all, and it’s already my go-to after dinner.

I’ve been enjoying a small glass after dinner, and the way the mountain herbs come through without being too harsh really surprised me. It’s smooth enough for a newcomer like me to sip neat, but still complex enough that I notice different notes each time. Definitely a keeper for my home bar.
