I was pleasantly surprised by the edible rose petals on top—they add a subtle floral note that pairs beautifully with the tangy strawberry. The creamy filling is perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. Definitely a satisfying treat for a light dessert.

Those edible rose petals on top make it feel so elegant, and the tangy strawberry cuts through the sweetness perfectly. I just wish the pastry shell were a bit firmer to hold the creamy filling better.

The cream layer is incredibly light and doesn't feel heavy at all, and those edible rose petals on top add a lovely, delicate crunch. I'm already thinking about my next order.
