The golden pastry shell stayed perfectly crisp even after a day in the fridge, and the pistachio filling had just the right level of sweetness without being overpowering. Perfect for an afternoon treat with coffee.

I was hesitant about the pistachio filling being too sweet, but it's perfectly balanced and creamy. The crisp shell holds up beautifully without being greasy. Already thinking about my next order.

The shell cracked just right, revealing that creamy pistachio filling, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced against the nutty flavor without being too heavy. I've already finished my box and will be ordering more.
